QualSoft’s Tenancy Management System (TMS) is an integrated software package that is developed as the primary support tool for structuring division for the management and reporting of tenancies in both owned and leased buildings. In addition, a web based self-assessment facility, accessed via the Government's intranet server GovNet, allows agencies to conduct enquiries and analyze current and historical data on leases and reports.
